M&H provides Microsoft 365 governance and security consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for consulting engagements are defined in separate written agreements (Statements of Work) executed between M&H and the client. These Terms govern general use of our website and any software products we make available (including TenantForge).

3. TenantForge Software (Early Access)

TenantForge is currently available in Early Access. By participating in the Early Access program, you acknowledge that:

• The software is pre-production and may contain defects or incomplete features
• Features, pricing, and availability may change before general availability
• Early Access is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind
• You will not use TenantForge in production environments without appropriate testing
• M&H may discontinue Early Access at any time with reasonable notice

Specific TenantForge subscription terms, including SLAs and support commitments, will be provided at general availability.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, and code, is the property of M&H Technology Solutions LLC or its licensors. TenantForge software and related documentation are proprietary to M&H. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and any software provided in Early Access are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. M&H does not warrant that the website or software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, M&H Technology Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or any services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you to M&H in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
