1. Who We Are

M&H Technology Solutions LLC (“M&H,” “we,” “us”) is a Microsoft 365 governance and security consultancy. We also develop TenantForge, a software platform for Microsoft 365 tenant governance. Our contact address is info@mh-ts.com.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

  • Contact form submissions (name, work email, organization, message)
  • TenantForge Early Access applications (name, email, company, role, use case)
  • Demo request submissions (name, email, company)
  • Email correspondence

We do not use tracking pixels, advertising networks, or behavioral analytics on this site. We collect standard server logs (IP address, browser user agent, referring URL) through our hosting provider, Netlify.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information solely to:

  • Respond to inquiries and contact form submissions
  • Process and evaluate TenantForge Early Access applications
  • Send you information you have explicitly requested
  • Fulfill consulting engagements you have entered into with us
  • Improve our website and services

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for advertising.

4. Data Sharing

We share your information only with service providers necessary to operate our business:

  • Netlify — website hosting and form processing
  • HubSpot — CRM and contact management (when configured)
  • Resend — transactional email delivery

Each provider processes data only as necessary to provide their services and is bound by their own privacy policies.

5. Data Retention

We retain contact and inquiry data for up to 24 months unless you request deletion. You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing info@mh-ts.com.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you by contacting info@mh-ts.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Security

This site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted securely. We do not store payment card data — any payment processing is handled by our payment processor directly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
